Welcome to our home coffee roasting store. We started roasting our own beans at home about 5 years ago. The best cup of coffee ever. If you like coffee at all, you should try it. We've set up this store to introduce others to this fun hobby / addiction. Drum roasters are considered one of the better methods. But, you usually have to have a level of roasting skill before you can master these types of roasters. Beginners should start with one of the kitchen style roasters that make small quantities. If you love it (and you will!), then invest in the fancier roasters that will roast larger quantities of coffee. Note that roasting beans is very smokey. If you are just starting out, we recommend a variety pack of green coffee beans. You will find some beans that you like better than other beans. Try a few in your roaster, then buying larger quantities of the varieties that you like. One of our favorite cofee roasting stores (other than our own) is Sweet Marias. if you can't find it here, check them out.
